You provide us: name, delivery address, mobile and WhatsApp number, email, order details including size and colour, payment method, bank deposit slip or transaction reference, and any message, photo or unboxing video you send with a claim.
Collected automatically: IP address, city level location, device and browser type, pages and products viewed, and cookie identifiers.
We do not collect or ask for your CNIC number.
2. How We Use It
We use your information to process and deliver your order, verify payment, handle replacement claims, provide customer support, send order updates, improve our website and product range, prevent fraudulent orders, and send promotional messages where you have opted in.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Payment Information
We do not store card details on our servers. Card payments, where offered, are handled by third party payment providers under their own security standards.
For bank deposit orders, we receive only what is visible on the slip or transaction reference you send us, used solely to verify and release your order. For cash on delivery, payment is collected by the courier at delivery and no payment details are taken in advance.
4. Who We Share It With
We share limited information only with parties who help us operate:
- Courier and logistics partners, who receive your name, address and contact number to deliver your parcel and collect cash on delivery payment
- Payment providers and banks, where you pay online or by bank transfer
- SMS, WhatsApp and email service providers used to send order updates
We may also disclose information where required by law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority in Pakistan.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep your cart active, remember preferences, measure performance and show relevant advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may stop checkout from working.
6. Marketing Messages
Order updates are sent by SMS, WhatsApp, email or call for every order. Promotional messages are sent only if you have subscribed or previously purchased.
To stop promotional messages, reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email us at shop@thewearsoft.com. Order related messages will continue.
7. How Long We Keep It
Order and delivery records are kept as long as needed to service the order, handle claims, maintain tax records and resolve disputes. Marketing subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Your Rights
Email shop@thewearsoft.com to request a copy of your information, correct inaccurate details, delete your account, withdraw marketing consent, or object to advertising personalisation.
We may ask you to confirm a recent order number to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Security
We use secure hosting, encrypted connections and restricted staff access to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We never ask for an OTP, card PIN or full card details. If you receive such a request in our name, do not share it.
